Strictly Golfers Privacy Policy Statement

JMW Visions, LLC takes appropriate measures to protect its’ members’ privacy. This Policy describes the information Strictly Golfers collects from you, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. This Policy applies to www.StrictlyGolfers.com. By using our website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 1. Information Collection

We will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, but given that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and hence accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.

4. Reviewing, Updating, Deleting and Deactivating Personal Information

After registration for our Platform, we provide a way to update your Personal Information. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our back up storage).

5. Notification of Changes

5.1 If we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on the website at http://www.StrictlyGolfers.com/privacy and other places we deem appropriate, so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

5.2 If we make any material changes in our privacy practices, we will post a prominent notice on our website notifying you of the change. In some cases, we will also email you and other members who have opted to receive communications regarding changes in the privacy policy. However, if you have deactivated your account, you will not be contacted, nor will your previously collected Personal Information be used in this new manner.

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on our website from residents of the United States. If you are visiting our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Please be assured that we seek to take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this privacy policy.
