This Policy describes the information Strictly Golfers collects from you, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, but given that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and hence accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.

4. Reviewing, Updating, Deleting and Deactivating Personal Information

After registration for our Platform, we provide a way to update your Personal Information. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our back up storage).

5. Notification of Changes

5.1 If we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on the website at http://www.StrictlyGolfers.com/privacy and other places we deem appropriate, so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

However, if you have deactivated your account, you will not be contacted, nor will your previously collected Personal Information be used in this new manner.
